1. Acceptance
By accessing or using symbos.pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Symbos is an SVG icon platform that provides access to a curated icon library, an AI-powered icon generator, and community contribution tools. Some features require a paid subscription.
3. Free and Pro plans
The free plan grants access to browse, copy, and export icons under the MIT License with no account required. The Pro plan unlocks AI icon generation, personal collections, SVG import, and submission to the community library. Team plans add shared workspaces and admin controls.
4. User-generated content
Icons you generate using the Symbos AI tool are your property. You retain full ownership. By submitting icons to the public library, you grant Symbos a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute them under the MIT License.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Symbos to generate icons that are defamatory, infringe third-party intellectual property, or violate applicable law. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access to the platform is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The Symbos platform, interface, and branding are the property of Symbos. Icons from the Tabler Icons baseline are MIT licensed by their respective authors. See our License page for full attribution details.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Symbos does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated icons will meet specific requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symbos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Baden-Württemberg.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform.
